Has anyone got a friend to jump on the Zune bandwagon (there's plenty of room)?
I haven't yet, but I was talking to my boss the other day, he saw my Zune HD, and we starting talking about it. Turns out he has the 8gb Zune and his kid has the brown brick Zune. After showing him my Zune HD, I pretty much sold him on upgrading his kid's Zune 30 to the HD.
Felt nice to find another Zune fan out there IRL, but I hope to one day find someone I can convert over.

I got my first Zune, the Zune HD, back in October of 2009 when I was in Washington State for a weekend, and have shown lots of people and even though they love it and how it is simple to use, it is kind of hard to recommend it since I live in Canada and they do not sell the Zune HD or standard -- however they do love it and would buy if it came to the market.
I have made quite a few converts. It started with my best friend, then his brother, then another friend and his brother, then their friends started buying Zunes. I knew a guy that was wanting to buy an iPod. I tried to get him to buy a Zune, but he bought the iPod anyway. He then spent the next several weeks complaining about how he should have bought a Zune.
I have had two friends by the Zune HD after I bought mine. I think a big selling point for them (as for me) was the Zune Pass in conjunction with the new slick UI and hardware. Oh and I had another friend buy a Zune 80 mostly cuz he didnt have the money for the HD at the time.
Sadly, I have to agree. The more I think about it, the more I wish I would've bought an iPod Touch. I just might when they push out the next generation of them, as it looks like Microsoft just isn't as proactive about their PMP's as Apple.
Yeah I got a friend to buy a Zune 16 after showing him my Zune 80 (there was no Zune HD back then). Other than that, no one.
