Has anybody had issues with battery life after Itunes 10 came out. My wife and I both have Ipods whose battery life sudden dropped off after Itunes 10 release.
Anybody else had this issue?
Yes, I have had this exact problem. I believe it might be something in the push notifications; when I turned off almost all of my push settings the iPod kept its charge longer though it was still losing some power. The most effective solutions I've found:
a) keep the iPod plugged into my computer when I'm not using it
b) turn off the Wi-Fi (when I'm not using it)
It's been much better since then, but it's still a serious pain if I forget to do one of the above.
