Gutted my new MacBook Pro. Took out the standard 500GB drive and popped in a Toshiba 1TB drive.

Pulled out the Opitcal Drive and popped in a Toshiba 750GB and bought a 96GB FileMate SolidGO Ultra SSD (w/mini USB port) for the ExpressCard 34 slot (which i installed OS X on and use as my boot disk). Now, with the SSD speed boost and insane storage, I do 3D, video editing, design and music production all on the go. This laptop is EXCELLENT!!
