ggood and bad

I don't think there is much arguing that sprint is the best carrier in the US. But they really need to step it up with their customer service. I called this morning to get support for my pre. I closed the scree and the screen turned red then shut off. I got someone from india who I could barely understand. She could not understand a word I said. So I said I can't take this, transfer me to someone else. So then I get transferred to another one in sales. Same thing. Finally I got an american bit she had a big bug up her ass and was nasty. I have nothing against indians or any other race, I am strictly saying, I would like someone to help me that I can understand and same from them. They really need to step it up. Get apple to train you like they trained at&t. Please step it up!

"I got someone from india who I could barely understand." - Yeah. Sure. Story of all Sprint haters.

Please shut up. Sprint has damn decent customer service. I think your just being difficult.

As I can see your Pre had a software failure or something of the like. Why not be smart and take it to a Sprint Repair Center? That's what their going to tell you to do anyways.

I'm sick of people bitching at Sprint, when really, your just a bitchy customer.

"Finally I got an american bit she had a big bug up her ass and was nasty." - Just by reading this. I can tell your maturity level.

Please switch from Sprint. You people are the kind that make us good customers wait longer for Customer Service.

May I recommend AT&T. *3G is splendid. Haha.

I'm not necessarily condoning the response of the poster above me, but at the same time, I definitely disagree with the OP here. Rule of thumb for anything is if you have a brick and mortar to go to for a product, why not go there instead of calling an 800 number? Seems logical to me.

It's extremely insensitive to post things about a customer service call just to point out their race, ethnicity, etc.
Even if you do turn around and claim that had nothing to do with it. So why mention it in the first place?

Please be careful what you post. This is a great community and I'd hate to see it ruined by an ignorant few.

As for your phone issue, my Pre did the same thing. I took it to a physical location and they exchanged it with no hassle whatsoever. It seemed to be a battery fit issue with the earlier released units of the Pre and Sprint is aware of it.
