Ok I finally got the FD adapter, It's the "RJ Camera" one, made in china, sold by "jinfinance" on ebay. build quality is excellent. It came in a small box, no instructions. using it however is self-explanitory. the Aperature is always stopped down. this works fine. its like having DOF preview on all the time. the Adapter focuses to infinity with the 3 lenses I have, 28mm, 50mm, and 135mm.

Focusing is made easier with the 7X and 10X preview. It would be nice if it could be a just a circle in the center instead of the whole screen. I'm used to the old split-circle focusing aid and something similar would be nice for manual lenses. also I wish the magnification would turn off when pushing the shutter half way down. I'm hoping maybe olympus might do something about this with a firmware update. but not likely as they're not making money from old lenses.

anyways all in all, I'm very happy with the adapter. you can find cheap FD lenses for like under $50 for a 50mm f1.4.
for wider lenses though, I'm still waiting on panasonic or olympus for some wide (10, 12 or 14mm) f1.4 or even f1.8 primes... hurry up! (I am willing to spend lots for a lens like that)
