When I'm not reading a book the three apps I use the most on my Nook Tablet are Twitter, Astraware Solitaire (I'm a sucker for Spider Solitaire), and Touchdown to access my E-mail accounts. I have quite a few other apps, but these are usually the first 3 I go to. I used to use Seesmic instead of the Twitter app, but I'd been having issues with it lately and decided to try the official app. It works well and does what I need so for now it's my client of choice. Both my personal and work e-mail accounts are on Exchange Servers (Office 365 for home, Company Exchange server for work) so Touchdown is perfect since it supports Exchange Activesync.
