FAIL!!!!

$499 for a browser only tablet device that has no brand image?

Exactly. I was interested back when it was a $200 device (Crunchpad, then) and as the price gradually crept up my interest went down. $500 is just way too much for what this is offering. A couch-friendly web-surfer is nice, but I think I'll just use my laptop and save the $500.
