Can someone suggest some good external wireless keyboards for Nokia handsets. My expectations are good build quality and it should be portable. Thanks in advance!

You can get any bluetooth keyboard to work however as long as they have the right specs.

Or you could try the Logitech diNovo /mini. Both work great with my e71.
