Editing Video

What software does everyone use for converting their video for Windows? Have you found a better software to use than the one included?

I'd like to edit and shrink down video so that I can place it on Flickr for family/friends.

I use Adobe Premiere Elements8. It's a very easy interface. It manages my HD video files right from my Canon Vixia hf10 or from saved files on my PC. It has a great range of features from video enhancement to editing. It also has guided features for those(including myself) who are new to video editing. The Price is coming down as well. I think you can download a copy from Adobe for about $80.

Good Luck!!

Thanks for the note. I tried out the trial version of Adobe Premiere Elements, and it didn't run too smooth. I'm running Vista on a Dell Studio laptop w/ 4 GB of ram. Maybe I'll need to try it again.

I use Any Video Converter, I discovered it on Download dot com, I edit the H264 video to avi or wmv or other video formats...
