Duplicating the play/pause button was a bad idea
Apple rarely makes design mistakes, as far as I can tell. But this too me, seems a glaring one. Why add the additional play/pause button outside the wheel? I expected the center to function as play/pause because that's what it did on my old remote. But when I saw the extra button, I assumed they'd completely removed it from the center of the wheel.. Not so. It's DUPLICATED. Their whole ethos is simplicity of design and minimalistic user interface. So why do this??
