Does this work on the iPhone 3GS and iPod Shuffle 3rd gen?
Just wondering if anyone has tried this with an iPhone 3GS. Specifically, does Voice Command work? What about the 3rd generation iPod Shuffle?
It works perfectly on my 3GS. I'm also almost positive it works on the 3rd gen shuffle. 98% sure.
Yeah, I didn't realize initially these worked with newer MBPs. It's amazing to be able to pause a song when iTunes or something comes up, or adjust the volume on the fly. Next and previous tracks work as well (double click or triple click). Definitely nice for taking a quick Skype call and such as well.
I used these originally on my 1st gen iPhone, but of course the volume buttons on the mic clicker didn't work. So I was very excited to find they worked perfectly on my new 3GS with full functionality.
