Do you *really* want this?

So I noticed a specific user recently added this to their want list (ah hem, ArmpitOfDeath). My question is, do you *really* want this? I was thinking of adding it to my want list as a joke, but I'm not sure the entire Internet would get it.

Maybe these crystals are actually diamonds in disguise and iriver has teamed up with De Beers to get rid of surplus stock?

Yeah, I want to add this to my list as a joke but I don't want to have to Google cache anything relating me to this because it just won't bode well for my futureself.

I believe that adding Hello Kitty to your list is probably the best prevention against thieves that you could get.

Thief #1: Check it out, this guy has an iPod touch 3rd-gen and a Zune HD on his list... why would anyone do that? Maybe he's screwing with us.
Thief #2: I don't know, some people really are just that gadget-crazy, what else does he have?
Thief #1: The Hello Kitty Music Player Crystal.
Thief #2: ...
Thief #1: Yeah, next profile. Ooh, Droid!

Good point. Google is your permanent record. I wouldn't click that 'want' link. Not if you want to run for office anyways :)

There is no accounting for taste.

Besides, who cares?

Purely from a collector's standpoint, I could see getting this. I mean its exclusive to Japan, selling online only, limited production, and a Hello Kitty one-off.... And, at $150 (before import shipping and fees), its not that expensive for such a limited item. Considering there seems to be a crazy market for Hello Kitty stuff, it sounds like a good idea to me...

So ya, theres all of that, and the fact that nothing ArmpitOfDeath does or says surprises me anymore.... :P

The thrill is gone!!
