mine arrived at 10 AM. Siri is why I upgraded from an iPhone for. I work with my hands all day and drive around a good deal. I'm hoping Siri, and expanded voice control, will save me time and a lot of typing. Obviously there are some transcription errors.

So did Siri convert your entire reply in one go? or did you get Siri to convert it one sentence at a time? roughly how many words did it get wrong?
yes ... is very responsive.. sometimes she is sarcastic jjajaja.. she cannot open Facebook .... you ask her why .. she tells you .. good question jajjajaja
Mine arrived at 2:20 pm but I was not home so the UPS driver brought it to their Pick Up Center. I went to retrieve my phone at 9pm and the line was almost Apple-store like.... Man in front of me was pissed cuz he's just picking up so non-iPhone package.
anyway, so far I'm enjoying the iPhone 4S... haven't tried it's new features cuz I'm busy updating my stuff on the phone. Unfortunately, since I did not update to OSX Lion and iOS5 on my 3GS, my photos, text messages and stuff did not sync to the iCloud. At least my contacts and calendar in synced.
I then realized that I installed to many apps so I'm deleting most of the unused ones in the phone and in the Mac.
