Curse You, Ooooo Shiny!
I don't know about you, but I felt a simultaneous surge of joy/dread when I read the articles on this amazing new DSLR. Joy, because Canon finally updated their 1D and it's a wonder to behold. Dread, because I no longer have the "it" camera from Canon, and I must again feel the pull of needing the newest and best body for my glass. Currently I have the 5D Mark II, which I LOVE. But I have to admit, this thing is a tempting monster - 6 DIGIT ISO?! 1080i?! 45-point AF?! A WIRELESS FILE TRANSFER SYSTEM?!?! C'mon, why'd you have to go and make me lust after this thing - my 5D and I were just settling into a comfortable relationship...now I may be headed for an affair. Anyone else considering this?
I wont be but I know I WANT! It was easy to feel better that I can't get this when I read about how much the wireless add-on would cost :P It allowed me to clear my head and go yeah, I can't realistically afford this... I'm quite happy right now until my camera goes to buggery :P
