Cracking Problem?

Do these headphones suffer from the same cracking problem that the Studio version does? I'd love to own the Studio pair but I've heard they disintegrate rather quickly.

Are these another overpriced Monster product or are they more durable?

I bought a pair of black beats by dre solo headphones but after one week the headband piece snapped in half when I took them off. I noticed online (and even a pair of solo beats at Best Buy) have had cracking problems. Best of luck. I returned mine.

I've had mine for 2 months. Great audio, but they just broke when I went to put em on. Same part, the headband piece. Frustrating. I got the Best Buy warranty so I'm gonna go in tonight and get a new pair.

I ended up buying the Solo headphones thinking that it'd be really difficult to break earbud headphones. The mic/control piece broke within a couple months. Last time I buy a Monster product. Great sound quality, great design, poor physical quality. Always.

I've heard that the newer production lines are far more durable. That said, mine cracked. They were out of warranty, but Monster is going to replace them for me anyways.
