Discussion about
can you get Itunes for android
Nope, there is no "iTunes" in the sense that you have all your media in one application on your PC or MAC that you Sync your android device to.
there are some other applications that offer similar things to iTunes not a one stop shop that offers everything iTunes does.
here is a link to a similar question i asked about a month ago. Hope that helps some.

iTunes is an Apple Software product. Not much chance they'll port it to Android. Google does offer their Doubletwist application in the Android Marketplace that does a great job of syncing & playing iTunes/aac music from my own MacBooks to my several Android devices. PowerAmp, another Android Music Player handles iTunes AAC format also. DoubleTwist does a great job with most audio codecs including my old OGG files. PowerAmp gives me great sound off of my Android devices when playing through either my car stereo or my house surround sound. DoubleTwist works well. There are many solutions to bridge the gap between iTunes and Android on Windoze, Mac OSX, & Linux systems. A little judicious googling should point you in the right direction.
