My impression is that all the processing power is done on OnLive's servers, so all you're exchanging is video data and control data. Home bandwidth is now finally fast enough (for some) to make this feasible.

Weren't the games all loaded on that controller that then just plugged to the video ins on a TV? The onlive service basically just streams a video feed to your PC or TV. All of the game processing is taking place on the Onlive server hosted somewhere else in the country.
