HTC One X is the perfect Android mobile. Great 4.7" screen. Fantastic implementation of Android 4.0 with HTC sense. A camera as good as a point and shoot camera.
Why did HTC then such a perfectionist company not take more care on having a better powered battery. Why remove the micro SD slot from a great mobile ?

Can HTC overcome 2 minor flaws through the firmware update in an otherwise perfect mobile HTC One X ?
The lack of an SD slot can't be fixed in a firmware update, but the phone has 26GB user available storage built in. This is perfectly adequate, especially since things are moving to the cloud. Then again I have never needed more than 8GB on a phone.
The battery life will most likely improve as updates are rolled out, but it is largely based on usage, Larger batteries mean higher cost and bigger phones. The one X is already decently sized and expensive. If you go any higher in price then people would probably be more likely to buy an iPhone, as that seems to be the gold standard of a $649 phone (unlocked of course)

Thanks for your reply. Just to add with such an excellent mobile which is a perfect 10. A 4.7" Screen and the industry best power hungry processor the battery should have been stronger or replaceable. The lack of an SD slot limits further.
The above are the only two small defects in an otherwise perfect mobile. Both could have been incorporated without much cost addition at the end user price level.
