Caller ID not displayed

I would be very grateful for some help. My brand new 5800 does NOT display the caller ID image when the phone is called by a contact that I have associated with an image. I've tried placing the image on the phone rather than on the mem card but no success. All contacts are on the mem card not on the SIM as they are too many for the SIM. Please help if you can, many thanks.

Did you create and attach the image using PC Nokia Suite? If so, that'll display a small thumbnail only - if at all it displays. What I did was to copy the images to the card on my phone and then associate it with the caller by going to the Phonebook.

My images are 640x480 (phone screen size resolution) - but that shouldn't matter I guess
