Sounds like you might have a defective model rather than just a poor product altogether?

I don't know, I haven't really heard anything about this device other than positive reviews about it being the best sidekick yet.

Mine is very buggy as well... I also hope for a firmware update in the near future. Mine is forever locking up and rebooting... I have almost got to the point were i want to take it to tmobile and throw it at them and demand something else...

Well the firmware update came out and I am still getting random resets from the device a few times a week. This last reset wiped some settings and it turned data roaming on while driving through the wide open of Texas. Hopefully those constant twitter updates wont make my bill too high.

I have tried to talk to tmo about getting another phone incase the issues were just with my device, but they said to hold off since they were having these issues with all of them at the time.

The Official tmo page also updated the bat life from 8 hours to .5 hours in the last month, so at least they are from now on advertising the correct battery life.
