Battery life up to spec?

Is anyone getting the sort of battery life Aliph advertises for this device? I've gone through probably 4 of these now, all have been replaced early because of battery life issues. I've never had anything like the advertised standby times, generally have to charge mine every night even if not used much, getting maybe one day of standby before the dreaded low battery beeping, and its not just this one, its all of the Jawbone 2s I've had.

I haven't really had any battery issues with the Jawbone 2. But, I'm not really a heavy user.

I've not had any stand by issues but active use time isn't more than a couple hours. Good for the occasional talker but it doesn't cut the mustered if used for a gaming headset(ps3) or if you're on the phone all day(business owner etc.).
