I have had this phone for almost 2 years now and I have had to buy a new battery for this phone about every 8 months or so becasue the phone would just shut off even if the phone showed it was fully charged. Anyone else have this problem?
Other than that small problem, I love this phone. It is second only to my iPhone.

Battery Issues?
I'm in the same boat but have only replaced my battery once, a couple of weeks ago. I noticed there was some serious bulging going on. So much so that the battery cover was a real pain to try and slide on again. With the old battery if I tried to do something intesive like browse the web with Wifi or send an MMS, the phone would just turn off. Since getting a generic battery off of eBay, my phone has been brought back to life just like new.
I've had this for over a year and still use the battery it came with with no issues. Since I use push email, it lasts only about a day so I carry 2 batteries when I travel. But I am running cooked HTC ROMs and not the stock T-mobile build that I found unusable after about 2 months so that might be where the battery problems are coming from.
Just picked up one of these from my employer. Upgraded to WM6.1 and then up to 6.5. Also having shutdown problems. I thought it was perhaps Wifi related but seems not.
