Anyone else not able to update via Software Update?

I go into Software Update, it shows the 'Phone Software. Important' V11.0.021 bit with a file size of 3445kB, but when I select 'Start Update' nothing happens.

This should work over the air right?

Yeah, I updated mine OTA yesterday. Everything went fine and it took me less than 10 minutes (with an EDGE connection) to update the N97. Try again and if that doesn't work, use the software update app on a PC to do it...
