$300 (300€) ipod Touch 4G + iBlueEver(jailbreak required) + any old 3G phone (ie.

Nokia) = half size, half cost iPhone substitute for nearly everything that an iPhone does well. Skype works great with built in mic/speaker/camera, email&browser great, iPhone apps..... even location services on google maps work fairly well over this bluetooth DUN internet connection.
