The machine came up in my feed on another discussion so I thought I'd ask a question that was on my mind when I had this machine. Did anyone make Sideshow do anything remotely useful / interesting? I loved that I got a little display with it, but the location and the seeming complete uselessness of what I could do with it made it redundant.

I bought this when It was being sold with cable at tuners half off. At the beginning the cable support was buggy(brand new tech and all). After the firmware update though It became one of my favorite things in the world. I can't imagine watching normal TV anymore.
