I have to say I am a bit dissapointed in the way that Dell has handled this device so far.

The lack of information as to what is going on with shipments and ship dates is amazing to me. I am still waiting to find out when a replacement unit will be sent to the MS store so that I can finally get a working unit. It has been over a month since I got the first unit and am still left with nothing. Seems like they should just be taking pre-orders now with no specific launch date at least until they can figure out what is going on.

They seemed so sure that they would be getting a new shipment to replace the original units by today but when I talked to them today they seemed to not know when they would see replacements. I guess this week is out of the question.. Biggest bummer is I want to play more Harvest but do not want to loose to much progress when they swap out my unit.
