Has anybody seen any official specific confirmation from Dell as to whether they plan on providing the Mango update to customers who purchased unlocked phones directly from their site? I do not have a specific carrier (although the phone is meant to work with AT&T in the US) so I guess I would have to rely on Dell for the update.
Hi everyone, I just received the phone from an ebay sale, and T-Mobile & Dell are giving me a hard time unlocking it. Has anyone unlocked their phone with a third party, without getting scammed or ripped off?
