Detailed review
This laptop is among the most beautifull laptops ive ever seen. it is amoung the macbook air, and the voodo envy. now even though it is nowhere as thin as those two, it is pretty thin. the design is a shiny black finish with real alluminum, accents and a strip of lether running across its back. it is even better in person than it is in pictures. it is the same way with the screen. it is the best screen i have ever seen on a laptop. the colors are vivid the screen is bright and it is just overall breathtaking.
the proformance is pretty good too. my 2.4ghz core 2 duo is very quick but you can get up to a 2.9 ghz core2 duo, which should be blazing. the 4gb of ddr3 memory is more than enough for anything anyone would do with this laptop. the 500gb hard drive is enough space for alot of mediai have everything i need on it and it is only half full. (Note- the 7200rpm 500gb drive is on and off the options list and was only there a for a day after i ordered my laptop) the graphics card is good enpugh to play Crysis if you back off the resolution a notch or two.
the battery life with the supplied 6cell battery is only about an hour and a half, i have the 9 cell battery as well though and it will run for about 3 hours before it runs out.
i know at least 3 other people who are getting one of these (their own dicision) and i would recomend this laptop to anyone who asks.
