I have had this computer for over two and a half years now, running Windows 7, 6GBs of RAM, a 500GB HDD. Are these specs still current, this laptop is heavy as hell and I'm in the market to move to something lighter, faster and with a solid state hard drive.

So has anyone else had an issue with the above keyboard controls locking on boot? That would be the wi-fi, volume, etc. It seems like they occasionally lock on me when booting up. A reboot fixes it, but it's just a little annoying to have to reboot to unlock those controls on the infrequent occasion that it occurs.
