Studio 15 Not That Great

I've got a studio 15 and it is a "so-so" laptop. I'm already on my fourth keyboard. Each time requiring about 4 hours on the phone with Dell to describe "the keyboard does not work". The DVD-Rom sometimes ejects randomly and sometimes wont eject at all. All of the plugs (power, usb, etc) are on the sides, so it is really annoying to try to use the space around the desktop for a mouse or anything. Finally it runs REALLY hot.
