Wondering how people have hardware-hacked their Minis
Hey, So I recently Got my VX Revolution to use with my Mini, and am looking at hacking it so I don't need to plug the dongle in all the time. Has anyone done anything similar, or something crazier? Let me know! I would like to start doing some major hacks once the warranty runs out, and I'm trying get a glimpse of what people have done. Please don't post about loading Mac OSX onto it, cause there are already a few discussions about that :)

Snow Leopard Hackintosh progress?
Any updates on Hackintoshing Snow Leopard on the MIni 9? I'm very curious to see how that lightweight install will jibe with my measly 8GB SSD.

Looking for the best netbook to hackintosh...
I can't decide whether to get a refurbed Dell Mini 9, a Vostro a90, or a Dell Mini 10v. I know that the Dell Mini 9/Vostro a90 are suppose to be the "holy grail" of hackintoshing but just wanted to weigh my options before i commit to this project. I already know that I'm gonna get the bare bones and than just upgrade the RAM to 2gb for like $40 and than upgrade to a Double Wide PCE 64GB SSD (that's if i go with the Vostro or Mini 9). Mini is a GREAT eBook reader
I just installed Barnes and Noble's eBook Reader on my Dell Mini 9 and i have to say it rocks ... I just lay in bed with the Mini 9 on my chest ... good to go. The software comes with a free copy of BS's Dracula. A very boring and ancient vampire book ... Anne Rice writes circles around Bram's vampires.

Battery Life with ubuntu netbook remix 9.04?
I am thinking of switching my OS from OS X over to unbuntu netbook remix. I have heard that the battery life becomes much shorter if this is done. Is this a myth or in deed a fact?

What netbook should I get?
So im interested in getting a netbook, but on the cheap. I have a good laptop already but I would like one that I can use for taking with me on the go and running basic apps. I am looking for one under $400. I am not really sure which one I should get, and there are a lot out there. I am also interested in testing hackintosh on it. But ya. I like the Dell Minis but I am just not really sure. What do you think? :D

What OS do you run on your Mini 9?
I've been dual booting the stock Windows XP and LinuxMint 6 for some time. Very happy with performance, but I am a bit bored and looking for a change. Considered the hackintosh route, but don't really want to invest in a runcore ssd right now. So what's everybody running on their mini and how do you like it?
