It does have issues with some of the newer N routers in the area but, you can tune its channels to work around that issue. Awesome configuration options. I have actually loaned this out and desperately miss it. I am looking for a suitable N replacement and obviously checking out the newer version.
Great NAS server and allows 2 USB devices to be plugged in to share over the network with the software. Also a great picture frame that allows you to display the weather for the next 3 days and the current dopler radar of your customized area. 5/5!
I'm in Canada so a lot of sites are blocked but I'm happy to report they have linked to the Canadian versions of TV sites so I can watch things (CBC, CTV, Global). I hope they will be adding more - like Space.

I'm thinking of converting my wireless over to N and was curious to if anyone has had positive success with doing this. I know that speeds vary a lot depending on environment but if the general consensus is that it's not worth it I don't want to waste money on it.

I have an office in my place that gets wireless coverage but it's a very weak signal. It's connected via N but because of the signal the speeds are more in line with G and the reliability is unstable. I was going to look into a repeater but I remembered powerline adapters. I know powerline is dependent on the wiring in the house so I was wondering if anyone knew of a test you could do to check if it's a viable option?

Currently, my desktop PC and my Synology DiskStation are connected to my Apple AirPort Extreme via a Netgear 5ghz bridge which has two 100mb ports. The last few days when watching netflix movies it's had to stop and load(some times to come back and the audio isn't in sync with the video), when the months prior it would work just fine. Could this be an issue on my side or too much traffic on netflix side? Anybody else experiencing this?
I can add computers and devices to the DCTP Rexervations, but if it is not in the list it will not connect. I can reboot the router and the device will work for a few mintues, but then it quits out. One weird thing is that the device will have an IP address like 192.168.100.179 but the DHCP IP range is only set to 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.199. so I'm pretty sure I am going to go with this NAS. That said, how do those of you who have one like it? I'm not quite sure what "features" I'd want other than RAID1 and being able to have my videos, music, and pictures on it and easily available around the network, but let me know. Also does it work with streaming to the PS3? If I get something like the boxee box will that work too? (total network sharing media noob here :P)
