About

The CrunchPad was designed to be a touch screen computer with no hard drive that boots directly to a browser. The computer was specifically for surfing the internet, reading email, and watching YouTube. The computer had a virtual keyboard for inputting usernames and passwords. The CrunchPad was reportedly going to retail for $250; competitively priced against an iPod touch for a living room casual computing device. The CrunchPad was designed and devloped by Fusion Garage in partnership with Michael Arrington's TechCrunch. However, due to moves by Fusion Garage, the product is now in limbo; either canceled or on hold.
