  • Ease of use Its simple to use- wish filing system for Artists wasn't split when there are partnering artists - have had some issues customizing artist folder- too detailed good
  • Portability Big but goes everywhere with me - pocket, car, backpocket of pants, armband, beach, durable! great!
  • Battery life Even 5 years later, it lasts for almost 7 hours on its own! Awesome. I keep a charger with me now since it runs out a bit faster - used to last 2x as long great!

Detailed review
Only issues I have had are occasional screen freezes where I can simply reset the unit from the bottom. VERY durable - I can't count the amounts of times I have dropped this onto hard surfaces and there are even cracks in the MP3 Player - it still works. I love my Zen even though it is a huge MP3 player. Can't believe it has lasted so long! AND it has AM & FM radio - I listen to NPR while I bike to work.
