I bought one for myself and one for my girlfriend before I found out the headphone jack had problems. The contact would eventually partially disconnect so one side of the headphone would play or it would just mess up the volume. I had to hold the headphone in place for it to work properly.

Same thing happened with the second one I bought.

We returned the second one for a new different device but I sent mine to Creative so they could fix it. Came back as new and same problem came along eventually.

I like the interface with the straight line to navigate between menus and the back lighting of the screen was very clean. Their catch phrase was "No more running in circles to get to your songs" which was a direct shot at the iPod which I should have got in the first place.
