I uncovered my Zen Micro today and turned it on for the first time in nearly two years. I noticed I was given four options; Clean up, Format All, Reload Firmware, Reboot. I want to load up the new firmware onto my player but when I plug it into the computer, my computer recognizes it but the device doesn't recognize it's connected to a computer.
