The Vengeance 1500 is a well-designed, comfortable, great-sounding headset that Everything USB calls "by far the greatest USB headset" they've reviewed. Although the site said the 1500's mic was just "middling," it found the headset "extremely comfortable," with "amazing sound quality." Maximum PC also liked the Vengeance 1500, calling it a "serious gaming headset" with "good sound" and "high construction quality." Maximum PC also likes the headset's simulated 7.1 surround sound, saying it effectively simulates a "7.1-channel speaker system wrapped around your head."
