Today I came across an ad for Linux in general not particularly Ubuntu on Crunchgear.com, the theme of the ad revolved around the idea that Linux basically competently free and you can modify it however you want to and change it to suit you're needs and you don't have to adapt to it. This is kind of hilarious. Supposedly in response to Microsoft cracking down on them pirating Windows XP this group in China has come out with a version of Ubuntu 9.10 that's been customized to look exactly like XP. i was wondering if nokia was thinking of switching from symbian to a mobile version of ubuntu rumored to be in the work right now. And it seems that nokia been eyeing that mobile os. I think it will be good for nokia if they make it user friendly and very intuitive as the mobile osx and the rim os, in other words an os that just work and reliable. so please let me know what you guys think.
