using ubuntu since 2005, and natty is so far the best. I will not update to unity, so I will remain with this great OS

Ubuntu still lacks simple and reliable upgrade and migration tools. Instead of focusing on this most basic of capabilities; we get Unity; and that is a shame. If you want to experiment or tinker with Linux, Ubuntu 11.04 is a good version for doing so. I do not recommend 11.10.
