Internal Memory Not Recognized by Windows 7

Any info on this would be great because i have yet to find a solution. recently purchased this cam but Windows 7 Doesn't recognize the internal memory. Upon plugging it in.. i get a new drive for the SD slot that will read the card if inserted, but not option to browse the internal memory. I connected it in Ubuntu and it picks up the internal mem there. Just not in windows. I know i have options to remove the files without directly accessing the internal mem. but I'd just like to be able...

SloMo video/bad audio when uploading to Youtube

I've been having some issues when uploading .mts files direct to Youtube. Previously I was able to upload .mts video files direct to Youtube and they would be converted and render just fine. Recently however when I upload the files directly the first few seconds are OK the the video goes in to what is essentially slow motion while the audio continues to play at normal speed but the quality has significant occurrences of diginoise. So I bought this lovely device and am having a blast with its easy controls, amazing picture, and brilliant form factor. However, I am seriously aggravated that the files it creates are .mts extensions. Other than using the out-of-the-box software or fiddling with some new codecs, it doesn't play on any of the usual programs.
