If all you want to do is print photos on your desk at home or in the office, though, this model isn't a cost-efficient pick. You would be better off buying an inexpensive inkjet printer. The Canon SELPHY CP900 is terrific. It doesn't use typical inkjet cartridges. It uses dye sublimation. So it's a film cartridge that applies the three colors to the photo paper along with a clear protective layer. So the cartridges won't dry out on you. Nice! The unit is surprisingly compact,...
