Haven't bought a camera since, but I definitely plan to. It took good quality photos but was definitely bulky. It also runs on AA batteries. Horrible battery life.

If you want to take your photography to the next level, you have to master lighting, whether that's natural or flash. The on camera flash is pretty good, but I wanted to find a way to use off-camera flash with the SX110 like I do with my DSLR (a T1i/500D). I found a great low cost solution with the Vivitar SF3000.
