Detailed review
I actually have the A540, but it looks almost exactly the same as this. Mine is 6.0MP so I guess that's the difference. I have a 12 MP Samsung dual screen camera now so there are plenty of times that I leave this at home. However the digital zoom and reliability of this are still superior. I did break the LCD screen on the back once, but got Wolf/Ritz camera to fix it since it was still under warranty. Pictures are good considering I have had this for close to 5 years now and sometimes my Samsung freezes up. This has never frozen and the only complaint in functionality is that when you turn it on the first pic always takes longer than any after it. Maybe it's a slight calibration or startup thing, but it didn't even bother me much.

Canon makes solid cameras and this is no different. The only reason I don't use it anymore is the lower image quality, lower video quality and the fact that my Samsung has a screen on the front and back (corny I know, but it does make a difference to the ppl in the picture). My Samsung is the TL205
