This is a great camera but I do wish it had a better lens.
Battery life has also been an issue for me. I find that my battery drains incredibly fast and i am often searching the house for new batteries. After taking a photo it takes a while to get ready to take another one. I don't know if this is true for all cameras because this is only my second digital camera and my first one was a cheap one. It is something to look into though. Also there are a lot of camera modes too take pictures in and if you're not in the right mode the photos will come out horrible.

There are a lot of positive things about the camera as well too, when on the correct camera mode the pictures come out looking great, the display is pretty big, flash is easy to turn off and you can easily clear up the display and just see the image. Syncing my camera to my Mac goes fine every time with out an issue. The camera connects to a PC or Mac with a mini USB to USB cord. Photos are stored on a standard SD card. Software wise this thing is perfect.
