My interns were out shooting with this camera the other day and came back with it with this error whenever you pressed the shutter. I seem to have solved it by reformatting the CF card and putting it back in as well as double checking the bios, firmware and cleaning the components. I am still a little nervous as it appears as though this error normally means replace the camera.
