Amazing build quality, especially when compared with the kit lens that came with my Canon T1i. The optics in this lens are amazing, and always takes beautiful pictures. My only complaint is there's no image stabilization so unless you're sotting in a very well lit area, you need to have a tripod to take clear pictures.
