Braven's 625s is a compact, sturdy Bluetooth speaker that can be chained to other Braven speakers for extra impact, and includes a USB port to charge your phone. While What HiFi says that "for sound quality, you can do better," the site also points out that "the Braven still has plenty of merit," especially if you're looking for "a solid, outdoor-friendly design and fancy being able to charge your devices when you’re out and about in the wilderness." MacObserver also likes the speaker's rugged features, pointing out that "the speaker itself is shock-proof. If you happen to knock the speaker off your picnic table, you don’t have to worry about damaging the 625s." That could make this speaker worth considering, especially since, as IntoMobile says, it "comes with a full mid range, a nice bass that doesn’t distort as you turn up the volume."
