I am torn between the Bose Companion 3 Series II and the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1. I was listening to both in a store, and I slight differences in the representation, but neither jumped out as better. As someone who likes good audio (I listen to Shure earbuds) I am aware of the 'Bose sound.' The salesman said that since the Bose have only one driver in their speakers, the sub needs to do a lot more work, resulting in less accurate sound.
