They are OK but I bought these second hand for 20 quid so a good deal, but if I bought these at 100 quid it is fair to say that they would be going back for being far too expensive.

If you like how Bose equipment sound, you won't be disappoint. But if you're an Audiophile who wants the true sound reproduction, this one will be too overwhelming on the low-mid, lack deep bass, lack tinkling high.

My wife bought a pair of these a number of years back and they have been perhaps the most impressive speakers (for the price) that I have used for a desktop computer setup. The bass is good enough for most activities such as games and basic music playback. For $90-100 these things are killer.
