If you need a Blackberry, this is about as good as it gets. I got this for my wife, because she needs complete (notes, tasks, email, calendar, contacts) Exchange integration and demands a physical keypad. I agree with all of the reviewers that this thing is a pale imitation of the latest generation of iOS and 'droid smartphones, but it is a dramatic improvement over the last two generations of Bolds.
